We only ever write songs about love but in many different ways. As in this video, when young I used to walk the streets of Colchester alone of an evening trying to write the perfect love song in my head. Here I am, old and fading away, a ghost of that younger, former self, wandering around aimlessly the same streets, in the same way, with the same thoughts in my head. Everything changes. Nothing ever changes. The song is yet another love song about love songs.
